Refund policy

Every copy is printed after you order it, with your name on the cover. Nobody else can use it, so we cannot put a returned book back on a shelf. There is no shelf. That is what shapes everything below.

You changed your mind

Write to us within 24 hours of ordering and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Until your book goes to the printer, cancelling costs us nothing.

After that the book is already being made, and we cannot stop it.

It arrived damaged, or it was printed wrong

We replace it. You do not need to send anything back.

Email us a photo of the problem within 30 days of delivery and we will print another one and ship it at no cost. Damage in transit, a crooked trim, ink that smudges, a cover that came out the wrong color: all of that is on us.

You made a mistake in the design

If you spelled your name wrong or picked a color you now dislike, we cannot take the book back. It is yours and only yours.

But write to us anyway. We will reprint it for the cost of printing and shipping, with no margin for us. It is cheaper than you think.

It never turned up

If tracking says delivered and the book is not there, tell us within 30 days of the delivery date and we will send another one.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually takes a few days after we issue it.
