This page says what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect, and why

Waiting list Your email address, your first name if you give it, the date you signed up, and a referral code we generate for you. We use it to tell you when we launch and to send the emails you signed up for. Legal basis: your consent.
Orders When our store opens, ordering will require your name, shipping address, email and order details, so we can print your book and ship it. Legal basis: performing the contract with you.
Our own social accounts Our publishing system stores credentials for social media accounts we own, so we can schedule our own posts. This is our data, not yours. It is listed here only for completeness.

What we do not do

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of services to run the business. They only process your data to provide their service to us.

Some of these are based outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or on an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, hand it over in a portable format, or object to us using it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one month.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD. We would rather you told us first so we can fix it.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has signed up, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. If the change is significant and we have your email, we will tell you.
